San Jose CA - January 23, 2001 -- Olympus Integrated Technologies America (OITA) is a Featured Exhibitor at this year's SPIE Microlithography Conference being held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, February 27-28th. OITA will be highlighting its OEM OPTICS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. The system incorporates the 0.13 micron detection capability of the MX 80 DUV microscope and the advanced software development of the AL2100.Users can easily interface with a variety of defect detection and yield management tools. The station also has macro & micro inspection and is a cost efficient "bridge" tool.
