   Any software that is made available to download from this Website ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Olympus and/or its affiliates or suppliers. The Software is made available for downloading solely for use by Users pursuant to the end user license agreement ("EULA") applicable to the Software, and any reproduction or redistribution of the Software other than as permitted in the EULA is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
